As the Client Services Coordinator, Rita’s primary responsibility is simple: ensure that our clients are happy. In doing so, Rita coordinates communications between clients, staff and attorneys. Sometimes emails and calls get lost in the shuffle of life, but Rita watches them all and is great at making sure that all questions are timely and properly handled.
